Stray cattle has been a major issue everywhere in India. Inspite of the fact that the cattle is prohibited within the city limits of Kolkata, the municipality turns a blind eye towards a large number of stray cattle in Kolkata. Large number of cattle in Kolkata is being neglected and it feels very bad to see that almost all of them are being forced to find food from the heaps of garbage within the city.
