Rs. 3,000 crores of National Wealth destroyed, Contempt of Court
During
the life time, a cow’s minimum milking period is of 5 years & minimum average
milk production is 8 litres per day as such total benefit from one cow comes
Rs. 8x365x5x30 = 4,38,000/-.
If for maintenance cost of a cow is taken price of
3 litres of milking period then maintenance cost comes
Rs. 3x365x5x30 =
1,64,250/-
Besides this a cow also benefits by draught power, cow-dungs, bio-gas
& manure etc. which may be adjusted towards its maintenance cost during its
life.
Deducting said maintenance cost average benefit comes to Rs. 4,38,000 -
1,64,250 = 2,73,750 adding price of calves naturally dead cow’s skin, bones,
meat etc. It may be rounded off Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakh) per cow.
If damages
are calculated at this rate, then it comes to
1,00,000 x Rs. 3,00,000/- = Rs.
30,00,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Crores).
We really fail to understand that why such a useful animal like cow is being targeted to be killed in the name of religion. This act can never please gods, whomever they are thinking are getting pleased. If the Mamata Banerjee government wants to please the Muslim community by avoiding this issue, then its their biggest mistake.
